I love you all so much and I can not thank you enough for all the support you have given me during and since my diagnosis. Thank you for giving me so much happiness every single day - I am so proud of the young ladies you are growing into. Since my diagnosis, it has been a heart-felt reminder to never take life for granted but to cherish and treasure those who you love and to make the most of every day. This Mothers' Day, we will make more memories and hold each other that little bit closer.
